The Basement project was a challenge in organization, photo art direction, and visual interpretation of assigned attitudes. During a class at Ringling College of Art and Design, our task was to curate and promote 24 select items for a 'designer yard sale' catalog website. Each object was either photographed by my classmates in teams or by me. To capture the right mood for the visual layout, we drew two attitudes from a bowl — and mine were 'sophisticated' and 'clean.' This exercise allowed me to hone my skills in creating a cohesive, mood-driven design while working with both photography and layout.
